The 2011 Treat People Better Awards & Auction event will be held on Saturday, November 12 at the Colts Pavilion in the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center.

Proceeds from this dinner and auction benefit individuals served by Hendricks Regional Health. The Foundation builds healthier families by supporting the needs of Hendricks County's only nonprofit health system, Hendricks Regional Health. Foundation funds support community health screenings, college scholarships for Hendricks County students to pursue health care careers, and other important hospital programs that help improve patient comfort, safety and medical care.

Nominated by Danville resident Grant Thompson, these two health care
providers saved Grant’s life when he was admitted to the intensive care
unit in a coma as a result of bacterial meningitis. A quick diagnosis,
expert care close to home and regular updates to family members all
exemplify the Treat People Better philosophy at Hendricks Regional
